The Ring Bearer and the Cake...

My wonderful cousin Colin got married yesterday! We love Sarah-she brings out the best in Colin, accepts him wholly and I know he feels so loved and happy with her.

Sabrena couldn't get enough time off to come and make the cake, which left me alone to do it, though I'm usually the 'helper'. It got scary at a few points, but the end result was what Sarah wanted and I even made a special little groom's cake for Colin.

Colin and I have loved strawberries since we were infants. Grandpa even made 'Strawberry Thief' posters with pictures of us crawling in their strawberry patch covered in red juice.Alec was asked to be the ring-bearer, which I was very excited for. He had to take the pillow to Ryan (my other cousin), so we armed Ryan with a pacifier for the swap.

Now, during the rehearsal, there were only people at the end by the arch (no one in the seats), and Alec had no problem. So, he kinda froze when he realized the crowd was watching him! But, it was cute and once I prompted him, he did perfect!!!

I guess Sarah was pretty happy it all went well:My two handsome men hanging out:Colin and Sarah enjoying their first dance as Mr & Mrs Wolf:After the ceremony Alec and the flower girl, Savannah, hit it off. They danced and chased each other all afternoon.
